
You probably have already heard of "pork rinds". They can be found in most supers nowadays and in my opinion they really are delicious! And it turns out, it's actually pretty easy to make something like that yourself at home! You basically only need one thing: skin! And maybe add a pinch of salt if you want. If you ever have some leftover skins I'd highly recommend you to try it out, it really takes zero effort and you can't do a lot of things wrong. Also of course it is totally keto and carnivore!
