Getting glideless to downtown depression area (triumvirate drive)[and how to get out]

Getting to lower areas is generally as simple as gliding down, right? well, yeah, but its takes fooreeever and youre holding just one button. SO me being me, i try to get there *without* glide, and then i wander around. Now how do we get out of there...? we have to go pretty high up :D

DOESNT THE AUDIO QUALITY BRING YOU BACK TO THE OLD DAYS???
