"Now, let us engage in a simple meditation practice to help activate your inner remembrance. This practice connects your third eye and your heart – uniting your vision with your love – to send a clear signal that you are ready to remember your ancient roots. You may follow these steps:

Find a quiet space and relax. Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths. With each exhale, release tension and any stray thoughts. Feel yourself becoming calm and present.

Visualize a golden bridge. Bring your attention to the point between your eyebrows (your third eye). Imagine a small, radiant golden light glowing there. Then focus on the center of your chest (your heart center) and see a golden light shining in your heart. Now imagine a bridge of pure golden light connecting the light in your third eye to the light in your heart. See or feel this bridge linking mind and heart. You might sense warmth or gentle energy flowing along this connection.

Set your intention to remember. Through the golden bridge, whisper the following affirmation (either aloud or in your mind): “I’m ready to remember my ancient roots. I am choosing to reinvigorate and revive the lost wisdoms of the past.” Say it slowly, with feeling. You are declaring to your higher self and the universe that you are ready to awaken further. Feel the words echo in your heart.

Receive and feel. After your affirmation, sit quietly and observe. You may feel a peaceful energy wash over you, or a tingling along your spine, or you might see soft colors or images behind your closed eyes. You might even sense a familiar presence – perhaps your own higher self or a loving guide drawing near. Whatever you experience, know that a connection is being made. Your intention is heard. If your mind wanders or you feel nothing specific, that’s okay. Trust that on a subtle level, the activation is unfolding.

Close with gratitude. After a few minutes, place your hand on your heart and thank yourself for taking this time. If you invoked any guides or loving energies, express gratitude to them as well. Visualize the golden bridge gently dissolving into your heart, where all that light and memory will stay. Take one more deep breath and when you’re ready, open your eyes."
