Hey everyone, and welcome back to the channel!So, yesterday afternoon we headed out for what we thought would be a pretty chill walk, mainly to test out our brand-new microphone. It was a super warm summer day, and we were hoping to get some good audio of the birds and general outdoor sounds.
Well, Mother Nature had other plans! It turned into an incredibly windy day, with front after front clashing, and we were even under thunderstorm and tornado warnings for a good part of our walk. It was pretty wild out there!
Despite all that chaos, we think the new mic did a really good job holding back the wind noise. We were genuinely impressed with how it performed under such challenging conditions.
