ABOUT DESCENDENCE
"The underlying concept of the album Descendence is that of the spiritual path out of the darkness of ignorance and into the light of awakening. Many personal and societal ills, such as the delusion of grandeur, insatiable greed, and callous cruelty, are the contingent product of deep-seated and systemic self-delusion.
Descendence denotes the spiritual process, mainly of turning inwards and descending through altered states of consciousness, by which an entity encounters profound insight into the fundamental nature of reality and irreversibly purifies the mind, body, and soul of said vices while at the same time promoting the virtues of compassion and empathy, peace and love, and happiness and fulfillment." -GT
