This experiment was an attempt to hear the rumblings of the Earth, reverberating within a piece of itself. The cracking open of the mysteries was a challenge and additional help was needed. But the rocks and stones eventually grew soft and pliable under our touch, shaking at our fingertips. The very Earth trembled and through us so did our experiments, a reflection of moments of turbulence. Erosion can happen naturally, at any moment, and it will never stop. Unceasing and unmoving, the experiments we concluded and affixed to a piece of the shattered stone.

All sounds recorded with the geode that was finally glued to the cover of this tape. Track 2 made with tools and help from EEK.

Recorded September 12-2022 by Nemanja Nikolic in the suburbs of Paris, France. One take recordings with minimal set-up, no overdubs or post-production.
