"A Nice Walk In the Park" is a 2001 track by EYE (musical artist) that was popular on the Australian national Triple J (JJJ) radio station. Style: Electronica IndieTronica ElectroClash FuturePop Darkwave SynthPop. It was also released via EYE's alter-ego title "E.L.F." and was featured on numerous compilation CDs.
EYE was well-known for releasing scathing political "information age" music with a post-industrial dark electro cyber-punk hip-hop rock music base. This trippy electro-cyber-pop track with robot vocals is particularly inspired by groups like Kraftwerk, the Shamen, Daft Punk & Severed Heads.
This is the original single mix from 2001. There are later live versions that EYE prefer and will upload here eventually. This song was composed and recorded in Canberra and Sydney (Australia). Around 5 or so years later, in the mid-late '00s, this kind of music style became mainstream in Australia with the success of artists like The Presets & Cut Copy.
