Europe is full of hidden gems. After visiting more than a hundred of them, here are some of my favorites!
Riga – I didn’t expect to love it this much. Beautiful old buildings, cool art vibes, and the coziest cafés. I studied in Riga and I would recommend it to every student!
Sarajevo – This city moved me. So much history, but also so much heart. The mix of cultures, the food, the people… it’s unforgettable.
Belgrade – Loud, raw, and full of life. Amazing food, charming , and some of the best nights out I’ve had in Europe.
Bratislava – Tiny but full of charm. I went in with low expectations and left wondering why more people don’t go. One of my first surprises in Eastern Europe.
Brno – Such a great vibe. It’s like Prague’s chill, artsy cousin. Great nightlife, cool spots to hang, and way less touristy.
Bucharest – A nice mix of architecture, surprisingly great coffee shops, and lots of energy. Bucharest is a city that surprises everyone who visits!
Wrocław – My favourite city in Poland and one of my favorite cities in general. Everyone goes to Krakow, but Wrocław is better in my opinion!
