To make this you have to connect a white LED bulb to the wire of a dynomo motor and stick the shaft of that dynomo motor on a plastic board, then take a high rpm DC motor and attach a pulley to the shaft of that motor and connect the body of the dynomo motor with the pulley fitted to the shaft of the high rpm DC motor with rubber, due to which, on giving power to the wire of the high rpm DC motor, the LED bulb fitted in the dynomo motor starts glowing and spinning.
