
Ingredients
Rice 200g
Ghee 2tbsp
Sugar 150g
Almonds 11
Clove 4
Zarda color 1tsp
Kawra drops 3
Malai 2tbsp
Green cardamom 4
Directions
1. Boil one liter water in a pot add yellow colour and soaked rice and boil them 3/4 part.
2.In another pot add ghee and fry green cardamom.
3.Add boiled yellow rice then sugar and let it cook on medium flame until sugar melts and make shera.
4.Leave it for 5 minutes for daam after adding malai,almonds and kawrah essence.
5.After it dish out zarda and add dry fruits for garnishing.
