Education report ranks Hawaiʻi at the bottom

Hawaiʻi has been ranked No. 42 out of 51 in a new 2025 report on the best and worst school systems in the United States. The study reviewed 32 education metrics across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The only states ranked lower were Alabama, Louisiana, West Virginia, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Alaska, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Read more about it here:
