When a customer walked into our bakery with a reference image of a swan cake (bottom one in the video), they asked if we could recreate it. But we took a bold step—we said we can make something even better, using only chocolate!

Honestly, they were skeptical. They even challenged us, saying they'd remember us for life if we actually made a better cake. And guess what? We took that challenge seriously 💪

The cake you see at the top of this video is our version—crafted with care, creativity, and pure chocolate magic. The swan feathers are entirely made of molded white chocolate, shaped and placed one by one, and the elegant swan head is made with fondant. Our goal wasn’t just to copy a design—it was to elevate it and make something truly beautiful and unique.
