The World Internet Conference is underway in China's Wuzhen -- an ancient water town in Zhejiang province -- with delegates from more than 130 countries attending. Governance and artificial intelligence are the two key themes this year. In his keynote speech, Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang called for better global governance of the Internet through multilateral engagements, while respecting what he called each country's "digital sovereignty".
