Repeat poses after me throughout the video class.
And remember to follow instructions, listen to your body, do not go over your limits, everybody start somewhere, if anything hurts, stop doing it.
On that note, it’s always good idea to talk to your doctor before you start a new form of practice or exercise.
Every time the practice brings progress. The main thing is to start or to unroll ur mat, as I mentioned earlier, and to keep up “everyday” training (even 10 min a day is great). Less is more )))
