This is my Tropicana Las Vegas demolition update taken on Friday, January 03, 2025. The video is taken from the OYO garage on the east side of the property. Happy New Year to all. Crews are busy busting up the final sections of concrete around each of the towers. The excavators are using the giant jackhammers to break up the concrete. Seems like a big job separating all of the rebar from this concrete. The break tree is still standing. You can seen the cooler is also there. It looks like it has a lot more debris in front of the cooler but it is still standing. As I was filming the cooler part, security approached me and told me that I couldn't film up here so I had to leave.
