💡A lot of manufacturers have a direct connection to their own call center, not to the general emergency services.🤔Why? If you are in a foreign country with your German Mercedes, the emergency services (112) would probably not speak German/English.
👮♂️ In case of a (real) emergency, the manufacturer’s call center would forward the information to the police/fire department.
