In this episode, we recap the Meson De Mesilla, a 14-bedroom boutique hotel in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The hotel is owned by Cali Szczawinski, a former aspiring singer, who purchased it in 2006.The problem is that Cali thinks she is Cher, and sings to the restaurant's guests while they try to eat their food. Cali is a dreadful Cher impersonator and the guests hate it.
Let's see if Gordon Ramsay was able to get through to Cali and save this failing hotel.
