This is the process of transforming silicone from a mushy, raw material into an elastic, ready-to-use product. First, the raw silicone is placed into a pressing roller. Then, additives such as fillers, colorants, and preservatives are gradually mixed in. Through a process called silicon rubber compounding, which uses mechanical pressure and heat, the initially rigid molecular structure of silicone is broken down, making it more flexible. The silicone then becomes more malleable and ready for the final molding stage.
