How to Make the Perfect Egg Sandwich

Here's how to make a delicious, restaurant-style egg sandwich right at home. 

Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Bread or Bun of Choice
- Onions
- Mayo
- Hot Sauce
- Fresh Lime
- Butter
- Cheese of Choice

1. Caramelize your onions until they're nice and soft and set them aside. 

2. Prepare your sauce by mixing together mayo, hot sauce, a squeeze of lime, and salt and pepper. 

3. Whisk your eggs in a bowl and add them directly to a cold pad with cold pads of butter. Cook until light and fluffy. 

4. Assemble your sandwich by adding your sauce, eggs, onions, and cheese. Bonus points if you torch the cheese to get it melty.
