She has a jewelry shop. She often stops people in the street and asked them to choose between a random amount of money or any wish she could help them fulfill in exchange for whatever they were selling.
That day, she stopped by a man selling sugar canes. And he chose the wish. He wish to marry his wife. They've been together for over 50 years but never got married because they didn't have the money to.
The woman agreed and went to a wedding dress shop. After hearing about who the wedding dress is for, and the woman agree to help promote the wedding dress shop, the shop owner offered to let them borrow the dress for free.
She then went ahead and booked a makeup artist since they won't be providing the makeup artist on site to accompany the free dress. She also went and made custom rings for the couple from her own shop.
The next day, she went and got the couple ready for the photoshoot. She was surprised to find the woman in a wheelchair. They are doing much better financially now although they aren't rich.
The lady was so excited to see all the wedding dresses she never got to wear. They picked a dress and helped her put on makeup.
Although it's not a real wedding. They are legally married, they just didn't get the wedding. They are happy to finally have a wedding photoshoot. It's better late than never.
