How to use tracking in Fusion:

Tracking in Fusion is one of if not the most important things I think you should know to make realistic VFX.
With tracking you can follow or TRACK the motion of your footage so whatever VFX you add will also follow that movement and look like it's been there the whole time!

This is especially important with handheld shots that have a lot of small movements, if you add VFX to a shot that constantly moves around just a little bit it's really obvious what was there on set and what you've added.
