They would start with quickly taking Philippines, because of the fact that they wouldn't have the strength to beat the Chinese yet. After taking them, they would take Vietnam, now finally having the power to beat the China. They would attack them, and even though it would look like they would achieve victory, China would deploy all of their forces, crushing them once again.
