After that, they lay down the subbase and trim the edges to fit perfectly into place. Then comes the critical step—mixing and spreading the resin. This part has to be flawless, because even the smallest mistake could ruin the entire outdoor seating area. The result? A waterproof space that doesn’t flood, no matter the weather.
