Since they don't have much soldiers or land, they would have to train their animals, and would create an army consisting of Artic foxes, bears and wolves, which would shock the world, and take the whole Scandinavia quickly, as well as the Iceland. However, the problems would start when they would attack Canada, since they wouldn't be able to breach their defenses. Out of nowhere, the South Pole would send help, sending a huge army of penguins, that would empower the Canadian army, and help them defeat them, setting their sights on USA next.
