Their first victim would be Pakistan, their biggest enemy. Battle would be hard, but Indian forces would prevail. They would attack Bhutan and Nepal next, quickly taking them and focusing westward. They would attack Afghanistan, making Iran attack them too, but they would push them back. China would however, use this situation and attack them, forcing them back, and into surrender in the end.
