SEAFOOD BOIL ALERT. 🦀 (my new favorite way to entertain)
If you’ve never done a proper boil before… this is your sign. Here’s exactly how I made this backyard feast. (Serves 12 easily) 🤤

Ingredients:
- 6 lbs @MelissasProduce Baby Dutch Yellow potatoes
- 9 ears of corn
- 4 lbs shrimp (shell-on = more flavor)
- 2 lbs sausage (your favorite kind)
- 5 garlic cloves, smashed
- 6 lemons, halved
- 2 large yellow onions, quartered
- 4 lbs crab legs
- 1/2 bag of this seasoning (trust me)

Instructions:
1. Bring a big ol’ pot of water to a rolling boil in your @LoCoCookers
2. Add lemons, garlic, and onions. Boil for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in 1/2 bag of seasoning. Boil for another 5 minutes.
4. Add potatoes and sausage. Bring it back to a boil and cook for 12–15 minutes.
5. Toss in frozen crab legs and shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add corn and cook 3–4 more minutes.
7. Turn off the heat and let everything soak for 10 minutes.

Drain, pour it out on a big table (or tray), and dig in.
