It's surprising how little you need for instrumental music...I've been showing you this for 45 parts, 45 instrumental songs, 45 videos... You don't need much to produce instrumental music. All you need is a guitar and a drum kit, an understanding of both instruments, and a little songwriting skills.
In this song, I used an electronic drum kit that has a bass-like function. This creates a small soundscape, which my guitar fits perfectly with an octave effect.
It's incredibly important to work with effects in minimalist music; you can do a lot with just a few.
