I'M DONE, I'M FINALLY DONE 😭😭😭
This series has been an absolute mountain of a project between gathering and uploading all of the sounds, editing the videos, pouring my thoughts out and hardest of all, taking the screenshots. It sure has been a ride. I'm glad it's done though, this was all too much all at once and I will be taking quite the hiatus from any long series after this, maybe an indefinite one :P

Now before I start rambling about my favorite dinosaur, I'd like to say a few things about this series, for starters, the dates the base game videos were uploaded was not random, today as I finish this it has exactly been 3 years since Jurassic World Evolution 2 launched. Much like this series it has been a wild ride with ups and downs but I can say I enjoyed it in the end despite all of its flaws. Happy anniversary!

I've been working on this batch since July of this year, the first screenshot used was taken in April, that being the Pachycephalosaurus In Video one.
Meanwhile the final one I took earlier today, that being the one in the video you're watching right now.

I initially started this series just to cover sounds from JWE 2 DLC creatures, but then after the Secret Species Pack I saw a great opportunity to cover the JWE 1 DLC critters as well.
Little did I know the demand for base game sounds increased even more than I thought so eventually I caved on this big batch of 49.

To come clean though, this entire series was more of an excuse to post cool dinosaur screenshots lol

NOW ONTO THE STAR OF THE SHOW, MY BABY BOY!
Spinosaurus in JWE history has always been a tad mixed, from starting off too small in JWE to having some absolutely broken animations in JWE 2.
It wasn't easy loving this lad but it was all worth it in the end.
The new animations given to it in the Marine Species update truly gave it the unique character it desperately needed, I myself couldn't have been happier with the overhaul.
It truly changed Spinosaurus from a bottom tier animal to a top 10 one!

Sound wise I do prefer the JWE 1 Spino, it sounded a lot bigger and meatier but I do like the new sounds they gave it in JWE 2.
I've also always weirdly been a fan of the camelish bear sounds they gave it.
Also as a bonus, I've provided 4 extra edited sounds for files that play completely differently In-Game!

Finally, I'd like to thank a user by the name of Jacc who gave me the inspiration for the in video screenshot, nice work dude!
