These guys decided to do something meaningful for a kind homeowner’s backyard because she happened to be their thousandth client. Before starting, they laid plastic sheeting over the entire space to stop weeds from growing through. Then, they poured gravel and packed it down with a compactor. She was incredibly warm and gracious, and when the project was nearly finished, the contractor made a generous choice—he only charged her for the materials and covered all the labor costs himself.
