Our timber harvest wrapped up last week, so we are one step closer to breaking ground next year! We talk about the process of our harvest, and how much the trees were worth. One thing we forgot to mention is that the loggers leave all of the tree tops and stumps. We will likely cut up most of the tops into firewood and we will hire an excavation company to dig out the stumps. Now that the loggers are done, we can install the electric service, put a driveway in, and start prepping the house lot! Stay tuned on here and the socials for the play-by-play going forward!
