BIO:
Uncanny Chamber is a Dark Wave/Post-Punk project founded in 2021 by Luís Câmara. In the same year, the EP Memento Mori was released, featuring guest vocalists. The EP's lyrics intertwine with electronic textures and dark, industrial sounds, resulting from compositions that Luís had created and saved over the years. In 2024, Luís Câmara began working on a new album and, at the same time, invited vocalist Mariana Pinheiro to join the project. Mariana became the permanent voice of Uncanny Chamber, transforming the band into a duet. The album Echoes of Absence will be released at the end of October. Uncanny Chamber aims to seduce the audience to a darker level, provoking feelings, reflections and a deep connection with the essence of their music. Exploring the darkest sensations of the soul, just like light, darkness is also composed of different layers and, at the heart of its proposal, the objective is to stir the darkest and deepest waters of human emotion.
