A man boards a Greyhound bus in Canada and sits next to a stranger. Hours later, he brutally stabs the man to death, decapitates him, and allegedly eats parts of his body. His reason? God told him the man was an alien and needed to be killed to save the passengers.

Despite the grisly crime, Vince Li is found not criminally responsible and is later released after spending years in a mental institution.
