Story behind "Runnin Rhythms":
Recorded during the time of me and DJE's day of hanging out with Vakill, Connect Flow and Molemen. Rick Flores made the track originally for Vakill. Va new I wanted it and was cool enough to let me get it - Makes me wonder though, I know Va would have murdered it too. Would have been interesting to see if he did use it.
Me and Dje with Rick Flores recorded Runnin' Rhythms at Hair Bear with Jeff Islinger that day with 3 other songs - Speak N Destroy, Introduction to Destruction, and Step to the rear. All in a 4 hour session!!! The great 'ol days
