Ingredients:(makes-10 )

Cabbage - 1/2 medium(shredded)
Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
Rice flour - 1 cup
Jowar flour - 1 cup
Green chili - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Cumin/jeera - 1tsp
Coriander leaves - Handful
Roasted peanuts -1/4 cup
Sesame seeds - 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Use butter paper or banana leaves
or use tortilla press for quick press
