Have you ever had to deal with a frozen wafer switch on a vintage radio? Well, most would choose to replace it. But then, can you locate that 60 year old switch. Do you find a used one and hope it doesnt have problems of its own? Well, a good solution is to disassemble the current switch, clean & lube it. In this example, I did just that with the switch still wired inside of the radio. Yes, it was a delicate operation, but now the switch operates as it should. No parts required, just time.
