This video is strictly meant as a modelling exercise. It should not be taken as a viable design to be manufactured. The dimensions shown here are arbitrary and might not be practical for an actual screwdriver. My experience with overmolding is very limited and this is my best guess as to how the overmold can be created in this case. Do seek advice from injection molding experts as to how this should be created, especially when it comes to clearances, drafting, parting lines, etc. Lastly, if you wish to skip the starting sketch profile, I have provided a link to download a file with the sketch.
