
• 2 1/4 cups (530 mL) warm water (100°F)
• 1 Tbsp sugar (12g)
• 1 Tbsp dry yeast (9g)
• 2 Tbsp olive oil (30mL)
• 1 Tbsp kosher salt (18g)
• 5 cups bread flour (600g)
For toppings, I use black olives, green bell peppers, white onions, and mushrooms. I also use red sauce for the pizza and top it with cooked chicken breast.
