Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Good god lordy, I'm goin' over tonight,
Leather and lace, yeah she lookin' for a fight.
Hot damn mama, you're just a lovin' machine.
Since I left town, you been my every dream.

[instrumental solo break]
Oh yeah!

(Verse 2)
I don't beg. and I don't pray.
But I killed to have that woman come back to may
She got legs, and she got lips
and I went to war so I could hold those hips.

[instrumental solo break]

(Bridge)
Mama Im home, you know I'm gonna give you lovin'
Yeah baby! gonna give you lovin'
I got a year to make up for, I'm finally home,
Gonna take you up stairs and lay you down slow.

(Chorus)
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh, ah, oh yeah.
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh, ah, oh yeah.
I got my back home blues

[instrumental solo]
[Break]

AAAAAAAAH!

(Verse 3)
Who's that man, in my place
who's that man, let me see his face.
I'm gonna shoot him down, you ain't been true,
I know you heard me baby, I've been burning for you.

(Chorus)
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh, ah, oh yeah.
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh, ah, oh yeah.
I got my back home... blues

Cyna Hadum, named for Cerberus of Greek mythology, was an intense and fast paced act to explode out of the wake of the US involvement in the Vietnam War in 1973. Following Tim Watts (Johnny Savage) draft and return from his tour in Vietnam, and the resulting break up of Johnny Savage in 1972, Watts joined Frankie Brannigan and Mitch Conway, two talented British musicians who were craving a heavier and grittier sound to their rock. Cyna Hadum's debut album "American Argos" references the encroaching and watchful eyes of the American government post-Vietnam, its namesake being the many eyed monster of Greek mythology. Watts was believed to be resentful towards the US government upon returning home, particularly politicians, and quickly left the States to begin pushing boundaries with his new bandmates across Europe, before returning home again to record.
