Senate Confirmation Hearings: Republicans will hold confirmation hearings this week for more than a dozen high-profile administration picks for President-elect Trump's next term, including Sen. Marco Rubio, R-FlaMarco Rubio was picked by Trump to be his Secretaries of State and is set to face the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations at 10 a.m.
Marco Rubio has previously been a critic of President-elect Trump and the MAGA movement, notably during the 2016 GOP primaries. But Rubio and Trump have been closer in recent years, with Rubio being a major supporter in the former President and President-elect's home state of Florida.
