A new report says the US and EU are supplying the most weapons to the Middle East with regional conflicts in Lebanon, Yemen and the Israel-Gaza war likely driving demand. Meanwhile Asia and Oceania accounted for the largest share of major arms transfers, with Australia the world's eighth largest arms importer.
