This Fender Precision bass neck is severely bowed and needs to be straightened. I will use clamp pressure to put an extreme backbow in the neck and then tighten the truss rod nut all the way. Then leave it set overnight and then check and see if it helped to straighten the neck out... cross your fingers. I have installed it on a bass to see if it will hold under string tension... keep your fingers crossed!-Steve
