If an order gets made wrong in our kitchen, what happens to it?
You all know how I feel about waste, but I'm certainly not going to serve food to a customer that I know was made incorrectly.
Instead, it goes right back to the staff here to either eat during their shift or to wrap up and take home to their families.
The way I see it, food is meant to be eaten, not tossed into the trash just because it got a little too toasted in the press.
