American News Anchors - “This is Extremely Dangerous to Our Democracy” [US Television] 2018.In May 2018, dozens of anchors on local news stations across the United States gave the same speech to their combined millions of viewers, reading from a script provided by the Sinclair Broadcast Group.
Ironically, the script included a warning about fake news and a promise to report fairly and accurately.
