The chicken is so flavorful and so juicy and the salsa is just the best combination! Hope you give it a try, the salsa is not spicy at all, but you can make it spicy by adding more chile serranos

Tip! Soften your tortillas in the microwave by placing a stack wrapped in a damp paper towel or in a small ziplock bag, separate them as soon as you get them out of microwave to prevent ripping

Favorite grill- Calphalon
Ingredients: makes 24 taquitos
1 1/2 lb thin sliced chicken breast or 2 pieces of chicken breast sliced in half
Corn tortillas
Oil for frying
1/4 olive oil
6 tomatillos
1 Anaheim pepper
1-2 Chile serranos
2 garlic cloves
1/4 white onion
Handful of cilantro
1 avocado
5 tsp Maggie seasoning juice
1 tbsp Morton Salt Season-All Seasoned Salt
