7 Boneless chicken thighs (skewer size)
4 thick or thin slices bacon (1 inch pieces)
1 red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
Purple Onion as needed
SEASONING---------------------------
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 1/2 tsp Light brown Sugar
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
Olive oil as needed
AVOCADO CUCUMBER SALAD___________
2 Medium/large Avocados cubed
1 Med/large English Cucumbers
3 Med/lrg Roma Tomatoes
1/2 C. Chopped Purple Onions
1 Medium bunch Chopped Cilantro
3-6 oz. Zesty Italian dressing (or as needed)
1 Large chopped Jalapeño (optional)
Salt and Pepper as needed
GLAZE_______________
1/2 C. bbq Sauce
1/4-1/3 C. Honey
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
3 tsp Chipotle Adobo Sauce (from can)
LEMON ICED TEA-----------------------
4 Family size Tea Bags (i used Luzianne)
1 C. Sugar
Juice of 1 Lemon (seeds removed)
water as needed

● Chicken Kabobs are ready when Chicken Internal temperature is 165° (make sure they are thoroughly cooked)
