The debut longplay by the Belfast band. Formed in 1971 by Vincent McCusker (music, lyrics, guitarist/vocalist). The lineup included multi-instrumentalist Stephen Houston from the Ulster Youth Orchestra, who played keyboards, brass and strings; bassist/flute player and cover artist Peter Farrelly; drummer Martin Foye from Fosset's Circus Band. The band's name, according to the official version, was the name of a ghost girl who lived in the house where the first rehearsals took place. According to later recollections, it was borrowed from a random combination of letters from a decal transfer picture and finished to such a strange look. Their debut took place on June 23, 1971, when they supported Rory Gallagher in Belfast. A month later, the group moved to Manchester and began a very intensive concert activity. In 1973, at the invitation of the Dawn Records label (a branch of Pye), the group recorded their first album Future Legends in Kent, which in its music and sound combined folk rock and progressive rock. The original version of the longplay included their concert "crown" On a Clear Day, built on an old melody, but for legal reasons the composition had to be removed. Restrictions on its performance were lifted only in 1979, but by that time the group no longer existed. To fill the gap on the disc, the group returned to the studio and recorded a delightful miniature Graveyard Epistle. Their melodic music was a typical product of the techno-rock school: reminiscent of Genesis and Yes, it had mystical undertones and was intended for those who liked symphonic keyboard progressive. The center of the music was the sound of Houston's keyboards, with rich use of mellotron and piano. On the albums you can hear such rare instruments for rock music as cello or oboe…
