About this lesson:
Don’t over look taking some time to go deeper with the information you already have. Have you really milked what you know for everything it’s worth? Probably not! There’s a saying that you don’t want to be “a mile wide and an inch deep.” This is true both in life and in music! Consider this: the person who can best get their point across isn’t always the one with the biggest vocabulary. More often it’s the person who can contextualize familiar words and concepts in a new and engaging way. My challenge to you is to sit with something you already know, and think about how you can use it differently.
