The orange shade of carrot which uses as a natural food coloring ingredient in cuisine is truly amazing. Though I used to often enjoy the carrot juice mixed with honey, orange or lime others at my place aren’t fond of it. So, that’s something I prepare for myself for my own glee. I have been fond of Boondi (A sweet) ever since my childhood. I was simply addicted to them just because of my father. Boondi packed under orange polythene caught the eyes of kids who are coming to the fair with the blink of an eye. Most of people use carrot puree instead of artificial colorings to get its golden color naturally. Flour crumbs coming out from the pipping pan frying together just look like a cluster of balloons. These mouthwatering Boondi filled with sugar syrup catch everyone’s eyes and all love to enjoy this sweet.
Saki & Moya really love to eat carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkins. One of these should be added to their meals daily for both lunch and dinner. The special meal prepared for them is really tasty. Even I love to eat it.😬
It was raining cats and dogs next day morning. It was so dull and even the sun was not be seen until 9 or 10 o’ clock in the morning. Everyone at home loves to eat Tempered Masala Rice made out of Basmathi rice. I let the rice to cook and fried the chicken till it turned into golden color. The recipe was given by my grandmother and I was taught to make the meals so delicious with her all chef secrets. It was almost two decades back. The aroma tells us how delicious this Tempered Masala Rice is. 🤩
It was sunny after many days. Father went to the land with uncle Sumith. I prepared carrot sweet balls well mixed with peanuts for tea time. When they are coated with Sago they look like a bunch of Bakini (Name of a flower)😍. I have to hurry to the land to give Father’s portion before it rains again.
