First jam with my new Elektron Model:Cycles, a powerful FM groovebox!New entry in my instruments arsenal, i choose this atypical groovebox beacause i think sounds different from other machines in this price range, offer a simplified but effective FM synthesis (that is great for a lot of modern electronic languages, like drum and bass) and a very complete sequencer. It have just 6 tracks but with the Preset Lock function you can load different sounds on the same track, that is useful, for example, for the drums: you can have in the same track the kick, the basic hat and the rimshot or a layer of the snare. Same thing with the synth, i loaded several growling sounds in each track so the basses can response to eachother. This is my very first approach so i will make more videos using more features in the future. Enjoy!
