Motivating yourself is the hardest part of being a music producer. Sitting down, starting your music program, plugging in your guitar, and playing... Sometimes it's difficult. Today was one of those days.The idea of layering synthesizers over the improvised guitar solo in this musical project works. It gives the whole thing a somewhat ethereal sound.
The guitar solo is, as always, improvised and laced with lots of delays and reverbs, with a touch of distortion giving the whole thing the necessary kick.
As I've already said, this musical series is more of a way to clear my head after a work week...
